What are Metallised Shielding Bags?
Metallised shielding bags are intended for packaging and posting items that are sensitive to low-level static discharges such as hard drives or graphics cards.
These bags are made in a dark silver and transparent material from a metallised film; the outer layer provides shielding from external sources of static charge whereas the inner layer is designed to prevent any charge build up from occurring - this transparent appearance allows for the contents within to remain identifiable - meaning there's no need to open the bags for clarification.
Available either open-ended or zip-locked.
