What are Jars & Lids?
Jars and lids combine a container with a wide mouth (often cylindrical) with a lid or other form of top compartment.
Jars can be used to hold every form of matter like solids (medications and tablets) liquids and any gas so long as its seal is airtight. This means jars can be used for a multitude of preservative purposes.
Usually made from glass, ceramic or plastic, these jars are available in a range of conveniently sized options and come with a flat base for easy and stable storage. Glass variations allow for the contents within to be seen even after sealing whereas other jar materials have a smooth surface for easy labelling.
