Greaseproof paper packaging is a water resistant, oil and grease proof asset in the food industry; it's used to prevent food sticking to trays and pans in an eco-friendly manner - it can even be used as an airtight seal for jars missing their accompanying lids.
Equipped with non-stick qualities, this paper is easy to use and efficient for fast paced cooking environments. It's safe to use in microwaves and freezers.
